Description
SVA Car Lamps & Body Panels, established in 1992, specialises in supplying crash repair parts including panels, bumpers, lamps, mirrors, batteries, and radiators to the trade. Due to major expansion plans, particularly within e-commerce, we are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Team Leader to join our motivated and energetic team at our head office in Wembley. This is an in-person role with an immediate start.
The successful candidate will lead the E-Commerce team and support logistics, content creation, marketing, and online marketplace operations across platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily marketplace orders and accounts
- Manage product and parts information, including content creation for websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media
- Create high-quality product listings across online marketplaces
- Ensure accurate pricing, keywords, and product descriptions
- Maintain consistent brand presentation and photography standards
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Monitor and address customer feedback, disputes, returns, and claims
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and performance metrics
- Perform regular catalogue checks and resolve listing issues
- Support stock review, photography, listing, dispatch, and logistics
- Liaise with couriers, vendors, and integration partners
- Assist with packaging, dispatch, and occasional warehouse tasks
- Handle general administration, filing, and paperwork
- Carry out day-to-day office tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as an E-commerce Manager (required)
- Strong interest in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and eBay
- Passion for the automotive industry
- Basic knowledge of car parts and manufacturers
- Commercial awareness and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
