About the Role
G-ED UP ENTERTAINMENT is seeking a highly execution-focused Automation Systems Intern to support internal workflow automation across multiple digital business units including media, publishing, technology, and transportation.
This is a hands-on, systems-building internship. You will work on real automation systems that directly support revenue-generating operations.
What You’ll Work On
- Building and maintaining multi-step automations using Make.com
- Connecting APIs (OpenAI, Airtable, Google Drive, Stripe, etc.)
- Creating logic-based “if-this-then-that” workflows
- Automating content publishing and book generation pipelines
- Designing scalable, cross-platform execution systems
- Improving operational efficiency across multiple company entities
Required Skills
- Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation tools
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Familiarity with Airtable, Google Sheets, or databases
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured instructions and meet deadlines
- Strong written communication
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OpenAI API
- Automation of publishing or digital product workflows
- Building multi-step logic systems
- Understanding of digital product pipelines
