Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of embedded software engineers
- Design and develop embedded software using Embedded C
- Work with RTOS in safety-critical environments
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with hardware and cross-functional engineering teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Embedded C
- Hands-on RTOS experience
- Background in safety-critical systems (Aerospace experience preferred)
- Proven team leadership and mentoring ability
- Experience managing engineering projects
