About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead impactful analytics projects, develop dashboards, build cloud-based data pipelines, and deliver insights to stakeholders across finance, marketing, operations, and technology teams. You will also review work from other analysts, contribute innovative ideas, and help uplift team capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop impactful dashboards and data products using Power BI
  • Build cloud-based scripts and pipelines using SQL, PySpark & Synapse Notebooks
  • Ensure data accuracy for KPIs and metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise delivery
  • Review and guide work of other analysts
  • Contribute to backlog planning and agile delivery processes
  • Present technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in data analytics or data science
  • Expert-level skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark
  • Advanced Power BI dashboard development experience
  • Experience with Azure Synapse or similar cloud platforms
  • Experience using Git and DevOps workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable

  • Customer segmentation experience
  • Agile project or product management experience
  • CRM and marketing automation tool experience
