Overview
Financial Vision LLC is hiring a highly skilled Tier 3 Support Specialist to serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues within their account onboarding and identity verification (KYC/AML) systems.
If you enjoy deep technical investigations, analyzing logs, tracing APIs, and collaborating directly with engineering teams, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the final escalation point for Tier 1 & Tier 2 issues
- Perform deep-dive investigations using logs, SQL queries, and API tracing
- Collaborate with Engineering to replicate and document bugs in Jira
- Work closely with Product and Compliance teams on KYC/AML issues
- Create internal documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Identify escalation trends and recommend permanent improvements
- Manage and troubleshoot third-party integrations (identity verification, fraud detection, data partners)
Required Experience
- 4+ years Financial Services System Support (online banking, account opening, core processors, loan interfaces)
- 5+ years experience with HTML, CSS, and Vue.js
- Strong understanding of complex technology stacks
- Experience analyzing application logs and querying databases (SQL)
- Technical writing and documentation expertise
