About the Role
ENABLE Scotland is seeking a compassionate Personal Assistant (Support Worker) to join the Stravaig service in Glasgow.
Stravaig provides emergency homeless accommodation for young people aged 16–25. The service offers a safe, stable and nurturing environment, supporting individuals for up to 12 weeks while they prepare for independent living.
As a Personal Assistant, you will:
- Support young people with personal care, moving & handling, and positive behavioural support
- Help develop life skills such as budgeting and maintaining a living space
- Encourage social engagement and independence
- Work collaboratively within a bespoke support team
- Provide non-judgemental, person-centred support
No two days are the same — your role will directly impact lives by helping individuals achieve their goals and transition successfully into independent living.
