Overview
Careegrow LTD is recruiting on behalf of a client organisation for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of reconciliation processes and capital markets. The role focuses on bridging business and technology teams, supporting reconciliation automation, process optimisation, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders
- Support reconciliation automation initiatives with business teams
- Conduct gap analysis and prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyse business workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Support database and data analysis initiatives
- Prepare release notes and coordinate deployments
- Provide post-production support to ensure smooth BAU transition
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and project updates
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Experience with reconciliation processes, automation, or capital markets (desirable)
- Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects
