We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team at Albion Court Care Home in Birmingham.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect.
- Recognising clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, pressure sores, falls, signs of infection) and escalating any risks in a timely manner.
- Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
- Practicing safe systems of work across all tasks.
