The company is currently hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help design and build the core architecture of the platform. This role involves working closely with the Principal Engineer, CEO, Product Managers, and Data Scientists to develop scalable AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities
AI and Machine Learning Engineering
- Lead the design and development of the AI-native platform architecture
- Build and maintain services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
- Implement scalable infrastructure using AWS services including Lambda, SQS, and EKS
- Treat dataset curation, benchmarking, and experimentation as core engineering tasks
- Integrate model evaluation systems for non-deterministic AI workflows
Product Development and Engineering Execution
- Drive high-velocity product development with rapid iteration cycles
- Work closely with Product Managers and Data Scientists to define and implement the technical roadmap
- Deliver engineering solutions aligned with business metrics and user needs
- Continuously improve platform capabilities based on product feedback and performance metrics
Deployment and Production Systems
- Convert experimental AI prototypes into secure, reliable production services
- Maintain scalable microservices architecture
- Manage deployment pipelines and real-time inference systems
- Ensure consistent performance and system stability in production environments
Platform Reliability and Security
- Establish and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- Implement platform monitoring and observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Ensure the platform meets security and compliance standards, including ISO guidelines
- Support the system as it scales to handle millions of transactions
Engineering Leadership and Mentorship
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 6 software engineers
- Promote best practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and test-driven development
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence
- Support team members in professional growth and skill development
Candidate Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of experience in full-stack software engineering
- Experience working in fast-growing startups or high-performance product companies
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and scalable systems
- Knowledge of data infrastructure, security, and compliance environments
- Experience building AI-agent driven workflows at scale
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced product teams
- Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities
