Overview
Caldesi in Campagna is a long-established, family-run Italian restaurant located in the beautiful village of Bray. Inspired by founder, chef, and restaurateur Giancarlo Caldesi, the restaurant is known for seasonal Italian cuisine, excellent wines, and warm hospitality in a relaxed countryside setting.
The restaurant is looking for experienced Waiters / Waitresses who are passionate about providing excellent service and creating memorable dining experiences in a busy but well-organised environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and professional table service
- Develop strong knowledge of food and wine (training provided)
- Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Take ownership of your assigned section and ensure guests have an excellent dining experience
Salary & Benefits

Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant
- Confident, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Genuine interest in food, wine, and Italian hospitality
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluent English (Italian is a bonus but not essential)
Location Requirement
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Maidenhead SL6 2BG before starting work.
