The Role
- Must be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- Experience in Children’s Social Care is essential
- Assess and manage risk to ensure the safety and welfare of children and young people
- Make timely decisions using professional judgement and evidence-based tools
- Work collaboratively within a multi-agency safeguarding environment
- Build strong professional relationships with effective communication skills
- Maintain strong knowledge of children’s legislation, policies, and statutory frameworks
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required
- Active registration with Social Work England
- Eligibility to work in the UK or meet Skilled Worker visa requirements
