Vary between 9 and 10 hours per day.
The Role
Strong understanding of Health & Safety.
Undertake work as a Power Line Technician in a safe and disciplined manner.
Carry out rigging tasks.
Carry out blocking and suspension work.
Carry out jumpering and earthing tasks.
Perform in-situ steel replacement work.
Be capable of reading schematics.
Hardworking attitude.
Keen and conscientious.
Have a strong team ethos.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Power Line Technician or a related appointment.
Other formal relevant qualifications would be desirable.
Working at height experience.
Construction and maintenance of HV Transmission Lines, above 110KV.
Puller/tensioner, erection or tractor winch operator experience, desirable.
Hold a valid car license (conversion assistance given).
