Job Description 
Korrect Homes is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics and creating high-quality videos that effectively showcase our real estate properties and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Create visually stunning graphics for social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Develop branding materials and ensure consistency with the company’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design layouts that effectively communicate our message.
• Videography:
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content showcasing properties, company events, and client testimonials.
• Create short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ensure high-quality production standards, including lighting, sound, and editing.
• Stay updated with industry trends to produce engaging and innovative video content.
• Content Management:
• Organize and manage a library of multimedia content for easy access and use.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand and goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with camera equipment and videography techniques.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate marketing or knowledge of the real estate industry.
• Motion graphics skills using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
• Basic photography skills.
