Training Period: 3 Months with a Stipend of ₦50,000/month; potential for full-time role upon successful training review
Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Nigerian Time), Monday to Friday
We are seeking a Data Monitoring and Reporting Analyst to support our educational team in streamlining operations and enhancing program efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with educators and administrators to manage data, track curriculum, support enrollment efforts, and provide virtual assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate eager to develop a well-rounded skill set in data analysis, customer service, and education support, all within a fully remote, dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Monitoring & Management: Use Excel, Power BI, and other tools to analyze and organize data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Enrollment Support & Communication: Conduct enrollment calls, follow up with prospective families, and provide excellent customer service through clear and professional communication.
- Management & Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient workflows.
- Presentation & Reporting: Create PowerPoint presentations and comprehensive reports to communicate insights effectively.
- Curriculum Tracking & Program Assessment: Monitor lesson plans and requests to ensure alignment with educational goals and curriculum standards.
- Social Media & Community Engagement: Assist in monitoring social media engagement and contribute to enhancing the school’s online presence.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (including advanced features like VBA and Power Pivot), Power BI, PowerPoint, Canva, and other relevant tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. Experience in customer service or related roles is a plus.
- Internet Requirements: Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
- Other Requirements: A dependable laptop, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tools and processes.
