Job Description 

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations & Logistics Expert with a strong accounting background to join our dynamic team. This remote role requires expertise in logistics, dispatch management, and financial operations, with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Dispatch Management

• Oversee daily dispatch and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and timely service.
• Coordinate driver scheduling and optimize routes for operational excellence.
• Monitor safety compliance by reviewing driver video clips and escalating violations.

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Perform weekly settlement analysis, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks, tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling financial reports.
• Prepare Monthly Maintenance Reports (MMRs) and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making.

Data Analysis & Process Optimization

• Utilize VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Excel functions for reporting and operational analysis.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Maintain clear communication with vendors, drivers, and stakeholders.

What You Bring:

✔ Proven experience in operations, logistics, or dispatch management.
✔ Strong accounting knowledge, with familiarity in QuickBooks.
✔ Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
✔ Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦800,000.00 – ₦1,000,000.00 per month
