Duties

Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer experience and resolve any sales-related inquiries.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Exhibit excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all communications reflect positively on the company.

Assist in training new team members on best practices for customer support.

 

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued, particularly in English and Spanish or other languages.

Strong skills in office operations, including familiarity with common software applications.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences while demonstrating empathy and patience.

Experience in cash handling is a plus, showcasing reliability in financial transactions.

Pay: $18.28 – $19.41 per hour
