Support Worker – Part Time
Dean is a gentleman looking for a team to support him to live a fulfilled life in his own home. He enjoys trips for coffee, shopping, cooking and time in the local community.
You should have experience with adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs or a willingness to grow these skills. But most importantly you should be able to show how you meet our company values and the wishes of the person you are supporting.
Raz has asked that his team members have the following characteristics and skills:- Bubbly and funny, Empathetic, a good listener, enjoys cooking and walking.
This role is to work with one individual in their own home and to support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs.
We are unique person-centred provider dedicated to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health support needs to live a fulfilled life that makes sense to them.We are committed to the support of our teams to allow them to grow and be the best possible support for the individuals that trust us to be by their side each day of their lives.
This position is perfect for a hard-working flexible individual who is looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.
The successful candidate will provide support to individuals in a variety of settings and will be responsible for supporting people to LIVE THEIR BEST LIFE!The ideal candidate will understand the importance of trust and relationships, be able to listen to individuals and be willing to do things differently
Provide support to individuals in a way the works for them.
Help others to live independently.
Complete team rotas and planning
Be a voice for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.
