Human Resources (HR) Analyst
Position Description:
We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Analyst to support a variety of HR functions to meet our evolving needs. This part-time remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. The HR Analyst will perform diverse human resource tasks, with a primary focus on data accuracy, auditing, compliance tracking, and support for onboarding and other HR operations. Plus, you’ll get to assist in planning and coordinating fun corporate events! Flexible work week, with the ability to commit to approximately 25 hours per week. Some availability between 9-5 M-F is necessary to attend team meetings.
Pay:Â $20-28 per hour based on experience

What You Bring:
- A detail-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to accuracy, organization, and time management.

- HR experience at a generalist or assistant level, with a fundamental understanding of federal and state employment laws.
- Proficiency in communication across various formats, including excellent written and proofreading skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Google Workspace and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity through diligent auditing and review.
- A passion for making work fun and engaging, with enthusiasm for assisting in planning and coordinating corporate events.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform ongoing HRIS system audits to ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity.
- Track and maintain employee professional certifications and skills using databases and software.
- Provide support for onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-hire tasks, reference checks, and non-starter processing.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity and metrics.
- Maintain and develop employee profiles, tracking relevant information and updates.
- Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Track and maintain accurate documentation for compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Support recruitment activities and candidate tracking, including coordination with hiring managers.
- Assist with performance management data collection and tracking.
- Help plan and coordinate corporate events, creating engaging and fun experiences for employees.
- Complete special projects and other HR-related tasks as assigned.

- Strong technical proficiency, particularly with data entry and HR software systems.
- Previous experience in a dynamic, fast-paced HR environment preferred.
