Job Summary
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a well-established pizza brand. You will work on specialist shopfitting and interior fit-out projects, proudly delivering exceptional results. Training will be provided alongside experienced project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations across departments
- Collaborate on projects and contribute innovative ideas
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Learn and apply Civil 3D software for planning and execution
- Conduct research and analysis to support improvements
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Support project development and track project progress
- Attend site meetings and support on-site activities
- Produce health & safety plans and review risk assessments
- Communicate professionally with clients and project teams
- Manage variations and contract changes
- Approve subcontractor invoices
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Civil 3D knowledge (training available)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable
- Minimum 1+ years in construction or fit-out (essential)
- Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Bench Joinery / NVQ Level 3 or AutoCAD (preferred)
- Construction qualifications like HNC or degree (preferred)
