Job Description
We are currently recruiting for full-time or part-time permanent (up to 30 hours/week) Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you’ll:
- Provide emotional and practical support
- Help individuals live independently and develop life skills
- Work in a dynamic environment—no two days are the same!
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- No formal experience needed—training provided
- Desire to empower and support people
- Ability to remain calm and responsible under pressure
- Comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
- Full UK manual driving license required
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept applicants under Skilled Worker or Student visas at this time.
