About the Role
We are recruiting for Community Health Care Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centred care. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients with daily living activities due to age, disability, or illness.
- Working independently or in groups.
- Building positive relationships and promoting client independence.
- Delivering care according to individual care plans.

- Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week
