  • Salary: £33,366 – £34,314

 Overview

As a Child and Family Worker in the Eden Team, you will:

  • Deliver direct support to vulnerable children, young people, and families.
  • Undertake parenting assessments and contribute to multi-agency planning.
  • Supervise family contact sessions and maintain detailed records.
  • Ensure children’s voices are central in all assessment and intervention work.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualifications: NNEB, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in Childcare/Children & Families.
  • Experience: At least 1 year working with children and families.
  • Skills: Strong communication, ability to write clear reports, flexible, compassionate, solution-oriented.
