Office Angels is proud to support one of the UK’s leading insurance consultancies in their search for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting group life and health insurance schemes.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external providers to gather data and obtain service quotes
- Create professional, client-facing reports
- Support service delivery through client and third-party interactions
- Assist with client account management and onboarding
- Draft tailored recommendation documents
- Handle data entry, updates, and audit preparation
- Respond to client queries and provide admin support
- Manage incoming calls and team communication
- Support the training of new team members
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in employee benefits
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Detail-focused and highly organised
- A collaborative, proactive team player
- Comfortable liaising with clients and providers
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities under deadlines
