We’re hiring a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant for a two-month contract role. If you’re customer-focused and great at multitasking, we want to hear from you!
Job Summary
This role includes:
- Part-Time Training: 10am to 4pm, from June 5 – June 25
- Full-Time Work: 9am to 6pm, from June 25 – September 1
You’ll provide support to our customers and team through phone, email, and online order processing.
Responsibilities
- Professionally answer inbound customer calls
- Respond to customer emails and phone inquiries about orders and shipping
- Accurately enter customer orders via the website
- Track orders and give customers timely updates
- Escalate urgent issues as needed
- Confirm order details and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records
- Support administrative tasks as assigned
- Stay informed on products, policies, and updates
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer service
- Handle other related tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Availability for training and full-time work (see schedule above)
- Professional phone etiquette and customer patience
- Independent and proactive problem-solving
- Tech-savvy, fast learner of new systems
- Ability to multitask remotely
- Prior remote customer service or VA experience preferred
- E-commerce/order entry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of logistics/shipping is beneficial
- Must own:
- A Windows PC (Windows 10 or newer, less than 4 years old)
- Two monitors
- High-speed fiber or Starlink internet
