Location: Cambridge (Hybrid – 2-3 days/week in office)
Salary: £34,500 – £44,850
Contract:

  • 2 x Permanent
  • 1 x Fixed Term / Secondment (18 months)
    Hours: Full-Time, 35 Hours Per Week
    Remote Option: Hybrid Role

About the Role

Join Cambridge University Press & Assessment (CUPA), a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation, as a Project Manager in our Transformation Team. In this exciting role, you will lead business-critical change initiatives that drive innovation in international education.

As a Project Manager, you will plan, implement, and track strategic projects, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. You’ll manage project quality, cost, timelines, and scope while promoting creative, evidence-based solutions.

 Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver strategic change projects.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communications.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Report to Sponsors and Steering Groups.
  • Participate in professional development and knowledge-sharing within the Transformation Team.

About You

You are a self-motivated Project Manager with a track record in project and change management. You bring:

  • Expertise in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Visio
  • Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
  • Experience in corporate/public sector project environments is a plus
  • Agile delivery experience is an advantage
