Job description
We are seeking a Data Scientist to support data science research across the ICR, focusing on the analysis of spatial data, including multiplex immunohistochemistry, H&Es, and spatial transcriptomics. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Professor Trevor Graham.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A PhD in a quantitative subject (or be close to completion), or equivalent research experience
- An undergraduate degree or master’s in a quantitative field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, and scripting tools
- Experience working with high-performance computing systems
- Background in computational biology methodologies
