Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer emails and website queries.
- Review outbound/inbound customer correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Deliver excellent service across various channels.
Requirements
- Previous telephony experience is essential.
- Comfortable managing high call volumes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT literacy.
- Calm and professional under pressure.
- Utilities sector experience is desirable (training provided).
