Location: Reading, Berkshire

Work Pattern: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
Remote: Partial (Not fully remote)

 

Job Overview

SRG is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading utilities company based in Reading. This is a hybrid role requiring strong telephony and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Respond to customer emails and website queries.
  • Review outbound/inbound customer correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Deliver excellent service across various channels.

Requirements

  • Previous telephony experience is essential.
  • Comfortable managing high call volumes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT literacy.
  • Calm and professional under pressure.
  • Utilities sector experience is desirable (training provided).
