Role
- Work part-time — around 3–4 hours per day
- Handle customer requests via Intercom chat
- Manage subscriptions and account-related issues
- Provide actionable tips on using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and founders
- Manage and train our AI Customer Agent within Intercom
- Push automation by exploring Intercom’s advanced features
Requirement
- Excellent written English
- Familiarity with customer support tools
- Ability to explain complex tools like LinkedIn & Sales Navigator simply
- Love for learning new tech like AI workflows
- Strong independence and proactivity
- Comfortable with cross-team collaboration
Bonus Points
- Experience with Intercom
- Knowledge in AI chat training or prompt engineering
- Background in SaaS customer support
- Interest in sales and lead generation
