Role

  • Work part-time — around 3–4 hours per day
  • Handle customer requests via Intercom chat
  • Manage subscriptions and account-related issues
  • Provide actionable tips on using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and founders
  • Manage and train our AI Customer Agent within Intercom
  • Push automation by exploring Intercom’s advanced features

Requirement

  • Excellent written English
  • Familiarity with customer support tools
  • Ability to explain complex tools like LinkedIn & Sales Navigator simply
  • Love for learning new tech like AI workflows
  • Strong independence and proactivity
  • Comfortable with cross-team collaboration

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Intercom
  • Knowledge in AI chat training or prompt engineering
  • Background in SaaS customer support
  • Interest in sales and lead generation
