Job Description
This role provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Experince
- Educated to standard grade level or relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Understanding of administrative procedures
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently under pressure
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Always maintains confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion
Applicants requiring a driving licence must hold a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Admin qualifications (e.g., Standard Grade, HNC)
- Previous NHS experience
- Office or reception experience
- ECDL or equivalent computer skills
- Telephone and keyboard skills
- Familiarity with Trakcare, EMIS, Peco, and FM First
- Teamwork ability
Location & Working Pattern
Base: Admin Department, Airdrie Community Health Centre
Hours:
- Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Tues: 10:30 am – 6:00 pm
