Location: Nexus Business Centre, 6 Darby Close, Swindon SN2 2PN
Pay: £12.30 – £12.82 per hour
Hours: Full Time | Permanent | Expected: 37.5 hours per week

Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Health Care Assistant to support clients in Swindon with day-to-day care needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Administering medication
- Assisting with mobility and physical exercises
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in domiciliary care (preferred, not essential)
- Empathetic and caring attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with shift patterns
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
