About the Company
P3M Recruitment is working with a market-leading provider of IT Project Management Services. They are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team, working on a variety of client projects primarily in the Leicester/Leicestershire region, with some flexibility to work remotely depending on project needs.
The Role
As an IT Project Manager, you will lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion. This includes planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Full client-side project management
- Define, scope, and plan multi-disciplinary projects
- Engage and manage stakeholders
- Develop business cases
- Oversee business change management
- Select and manage system implementation
- Track and ensure delivery of project benefits
Requirements
- Minimum of 4–5 years in a dedicated IT Project Manager role
- Proven success in managing complex technical IT projects
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and client relationship building
- Experience in financial management across CapEx and OpEx
- Must have access to a vehicle
- Must already have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
