Job Overview
Join the Large Scale Strategic Program (LSSP) team at J.P. Morgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank. This team leads CIB-wide initiatives, delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions that transform banking operations. As a Business and Data Analyst Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting data and migration efforts within the Payment Operations organization.
Responsibilities
- Work across three focus areas: data analysis, migration readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support global project teams with consistent data models, planning tools, and techniques.
- Ensure business readiness for client migrations, collaborating with analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Develop client demographics and migration strategies using Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and SQL.
- Coordinate and conduct Production Verification Testing (PVT) for client migrations.
- Deliver internal and external client communication plans.
- Track and report on readiness and migration progress.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to see the big picture.
- Experience in client and operational readiness projects.
- Innovative, forward-thinking mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with requirements methodology and programme delivery.
