About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations & Business Intelligence Manager to deliver operational excellence in communication, strategy development and execution, and business process innovation for the International business.

Key Responsibilities

Communication

  • Lead engagement with direct sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide robust analytics and timely sales informatics.

Strategy Development

  • Partner with Sales Management and other business units to develop and execute strategies driving sales results and productivity.
  • Identify IT/CRM systems, processes, and metrics to support operational effectiveness.

Process Innovation

  • Analyse business requirements and processes to improve operations.
  • Align and optimise sales processes to drive efficiencies.

Sales Operations

  • Act as BI system expert; oversee implementation, adoption, and maintenance.
  • Develop dashboards/reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights.
  • Support country-specific adaptation of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategies.
  • Drive territory analysis, coverage optimisation, and account segmentation.
  • Develop metrics to assess execution of business strategies.

Salesforce & CRM

  • Serve as subject matter expert for Salesforce (Sales, Marketing & Service Cloud).
  • Lead requirements gathering and functional mapping to Salesforce features.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions.
  • Support UAT and rollout of CRM enhancements.

About You – Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or Computer Science Engineering.
  • 8–10 years in medical devices or a similar regulated industry.
  • Proven experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Salesforce Sales, Marketing, and Service Cloud (Lightning) expertise.
  • Strong BI and analytics skills (Tableau, SQL, PowerBI).
  • Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent project management and process documentation skills.
