About the Role
Harrods is looking for an Operations Support Administrator to deliver reliable, high-quality operational support across our Store Services department. This is a fast-paced, on-site role (Monday–Friday) based at our Knightsbridge store.
You will coordinate critical administrative functions, maintain schedules, and support workflows while also contributing to high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects such as new area openings, walkthroughs, layout checks, and cleaning schedules.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Produce presentations, reports, and operational documentation for management.
- Manage store orders, stock availability, and project timelines.
- Provide structured administrative support including meetings, agendas, and action tracking.
- Plan staff allocation, maintain the events diary, and log service requests.
- Oversee document control and maintain compliant filing systems.
- Support Store Development handovers with timelines, schedules, and milestones.
About You
You are results-driven, organised, and confident under pressure.
You will:
- Have excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communicate clearly and assertively with colleagues and contractors.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Apply a methodical, accurate, and detail-focused approach.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Ideally bring project coordination or management experience.
