  • Act as a thought leader, challenging and shaping utilities’ data and business processes.

Solution Design

  • Define and implement scalable data fabric solutions.
  • Align models with electric utility operations and ensure interoperability.
  • Deliver architecture documentation (SOW, solution design, traceability).

Energy Domain & Regulatory Integration

  • Ensure compliance with TSO/DSO regulatory obligations (e.g., ENTSO-E).
  • Integrate CIM (IEC 61970/61968) and CGMES into the data architecture.
  • Address interoperability with EMS/SCADA systems and market data platforms.

Governance & Enablement

  • Define data ownership, stewardship, and usage policies.
  • Support data cataloging, lineage tracing, and business glossary implementation.
  • Ensure data is discoverable, trustworthy, and AI-ready.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Train business users in self-service data access.
  • Mentor internal teams and clients on GridOS Data Fabric.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Analyst, or BI Solution Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture (data fabric, data mesh, enterprise data hubs).
  • Hands-on experience with RDBMS, SQL, ETL, BI, data migration, and streaming/event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of energy utility processes (network ops, metering, compliance).
  • Experience with CIM/CGMES, IEC 61970/61968 standards.
  • Cloud platform expertise (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Talend, Informatica, Snowflake, Denodo, or Azure Synapse.
  • Knowledge of microservices, OT/IT integration, and zero-trust architectures.
