Overview
At IRIS, we’re transforming how our teams work with the power of Generative AI (GenAI). We’re looking for a forward-thinking GenAI Operations Analyst to help us drive adoption, ensure operational excellence, and unlock the full potential of GenAI across our Customer Operations function.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor GenAI tool performance, usage, and quality of outputs
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams on updates and improvements
- Deliver training and upskilling support to ensure successful adoption
- Manage incidents and ensure AI solutions remain compliant and ethical
- Create documentation, track KPIs, and generate regular reports
What You’ll Bring
- A passion for emerging technologies, especially GenAI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience in operations, data analytics, or technical support
- Exposure to AI/ML tools or eagerness to learn
