About the Role

As a Data Engineer at Enfuce, you’ll be the backbone of our Data team. You’ll own and manage the data platform that ingests, stores, and distributes fresh, reliable data across the organization. By building automation, championing best practices, and embracing modern methodologies, you will ensure our data platform operates with the highest standards of reliability, security, and performance.

Your work lays the foundation for transformations and advanced analytics, enabling the wider Data team and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact data solutions.

Role

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure with modern tooling.
  • Develop and manage data pipelines for multiple sources (batch, streaming, event-based).
  • Use Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD to automate deployments.
  • Safeguard data reliability with monitoring, alerting, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with data and software teams to deliver quality solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, updates, and expectations.
  • Actively participate in team ceremonies for alignment and excellence.

Requirements

  • Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), and orchestration tools (Airflow).
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and logging best practices.
  • Familiarity with ELT/ETL, medallion architecture, Reverse ETL.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious, and results-driven mindset.
  • Adaptability to evolving data strategy at Enfuce.
