Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong forex experience to join our fast-paced fintech team. Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between product stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business needs are translated into actionable product requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and document how existing products work (logic, architecture, and user behavior).
- Collect, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements.
- Investigate software/system errors and transaction-level issues.
- Maintain clear documentation of product logic, system behavior, and features.
- Identify opportunities to improve product functionality and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product expectations and maintain delivery momentum.
Requirements
- Strong product mindset with ability to evaluate feature impact.
- Solid understanding of forex and trading; crypto knowledge is a plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Skilled in reverse-engineering systems and documenting requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Confluence, Jira, SQL, and database analysis.
- Understanding of APIs and messaging systems (REST, brokers, MQ).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Background:
- Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or System Analyst in fintech/forex/trading.
- Experience in integration-heavy or real-time platforms (brokers, exchanges, neobanks).
- Technical Business Analyst in high-growth startups/scale-ups.
