Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the dedicated and forward-thinking Library Leadership Team (LLT) at Aston University as Head of Content and Digital Transformation.
In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the development and delivery of the library’s content and discovery services, ensuring alignment with Aston’s 2030 Strategy. You will support and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
This role will play a key part in shaping the library’s digital transformation, with a strong focus on enhancing the user experience.
As a member of the leadership team, you will contribute to cross-service initiatives and help implement the library’s strategic plans. Your leadership will nurture an inclusive, agile, and omni-channel approach to service delivery.
