Overview

Agima Management AB is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our team by maintaining accurate, organized, and secure information across our systems. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other documents from employees, departments, and clients.
  • Review and scan information to identify relevant details.
  • Correct errors and organize data for efficient capture.
  • Create and manage accurate spreadsheets.
  • Enter and update information into relevant databases.
  • Ensure data is securely backed up.
  • Report data discrepancies to relevant parties.
  • Store hard copies of data systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to focus for extended periods with accuracy and speed.
  • Proficient touch-typing skills.
