Overview
Agima Management AB is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our team by maintaining accurate, organized, and secure information across our systems. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other documents from employees, departments, and clients.
- Review and scan information to identify relevant details.
- Correct errors and organize data for efficient capture.
- Create and manage accurate spreadsheets.
- Enter and update information into relevant databases.
- Ensure data is securely backed up.
- Report data discrepancies to relevant parties.
- Store hard copies of data systematically for easy retrieval.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to focus for extended periods with accuracy and speed.
- Proficient touch-typing skills.
