About the Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer who will play a crucial hands-on role in the design, development, and improvement of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. You will work on internal tools that leverage AI to solve complex business problems, initially focused on improving our learning and assessment content generation and management processes.
As a core member of our content tools software development team, you will:
- Manage the full software engineering lifecycle, ensuring exceptional quality and performance standards.
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of critical, production-ready internal applications.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise and fostering growth.
- Implement and integrate AI technologies, with a focus on LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Work with low-code/no-code platforms (Retool) and workflow automation tools (n8n).
- Collaborate closely with the Team Lead, Product Owner, and Subject Matter Experts to translate business needs into technical solutions.

About You
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in AI and machine learning.
Your experience includes:
- Leading the full software development lifecycle.
- Building production-level AI/LLM applications (including prompt engineering).
- Delivering technical improvements to production-ready applications.
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
- Hands-on experience with Retool, n8n, and cloud services (especially AWS: S3, RDS, Bedrock).
- Working with identity providers (e.g., Okta).
- Ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and troubleshooting complex challenges.
Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and leadership in technical initiatives are essential.
