Location: Bournemouth, England
Salary: £24K – £25K
Contract: Full time, 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Office-based, 4–5 days per week (Bournemouth or Stockport Vitality Offices)

About The Role

Join our dynamic IT Service Desk team at Vitality, where you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across the business. You’ll deliver exceptional 1st line support to internal stakeholders, VIPs, and external partners—resolving issues, managing service requests, and keeping our systems running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where your ability to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and manage priorities will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log and manage incidents/requests using ITSM tools, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met
  • Escalate issues appropriately and allocate to resolver groups when necessary
  • Provide clear and professional communication to users of varying technical levels
  • Regularly update open tickets and maintain customer communication
  • Contribute to service improvements and process changes
  • Support project-based work and departmental activities

What You Need To Thrive

  • A levels or equivalent education
  • Previous IT Service Desk / IT Support or call centre experience
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and on-call duties as required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
