Job Description
We are a Kerala cuisine restaurant serving authentic South Indian flavors. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support our chefs and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef in food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and ingredients.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Help with stock management and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Willingness to learn about Kerala cuisine.
- Ability to speak Malayalam and Tamil (mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
