About the Role
Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Support Manager to join our Cambridge English Qualifications team. This role is key to ensuring our exam services are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with our mission to improve education worldwide.
You will:
- Lead and support operations, supervising system use and guiding direct reports.
- Oversee bi-annual documentation reviews to ensure compliant processes.
- Support Senior Operations Administrators in managing teams and workflows.
- Plan and monitor key activities, peak periods, and strategic projects.
- Drive process improvements through documentation review and implementation.
- Build team engagement and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
