Job Overview
The Apps Support Intmd Analyst role is a developing professional position that combines technical and business support. You’ll be responsible for problem-solving, application support, and ensuring quality service delivery while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and business support for Citi applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, offer short-term solutions, and collaborate with tech teams for long-term fixes.
- Act as liaison between users, traders, technology groups, and vendors.
- Participate in disaster recovery testing, app releases, and infrastructure updates.
- Maintain technical documentation and perform post-release checks.
- Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues in applications.
- Support initiatives covering stability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to stakeholders when needed.
- Ensure compliance with Citi’s policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in application support or related roles.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of issue tracking, reporting tools, and problem management processes.
- Basic business understanding of financial markets and products.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and collaborate effectively in teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
