Job Description
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant at Flexi Direct Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes.
We are looking to engage carers in the following areas: Northampton, Reading, Banbury, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, and Corby.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting with daily activities (meal preparation, medication reminders)
- Promoting independence and maintaining a safe environment
- Building strong relationships with clients and families
- Following care plans and documenting observations

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle with business insurance
- Right to work in the UK
