Overview
We are hiring Workplace Support Agents to be the frontline for our most valuable business clients. This is not a traditional call center role—you’ll ensure seamless customer experiences, solve client issues, and prevent churn.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, empathetic support via voice & email
- Troubleshoot shift, payment & platform issues
- Use Zendesk & internal tools for case management
- Apply sound judgment & escalate only when needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Billing, Account Management, Operations)
- Deliver support with ownership & high standards

System Requirements
- Reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks/Linux)
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet
- Wired headset & distraction-free workspace
- Stable power and internet connection
Working Hours
- 5 days per week, 9-hour shifts (including 1.5 hrs break)
- Multiple shifts: AM, PM, and Night (PST time zone)
- Weekend availability required
