Key Responsibilities

  • Entering data from documents into internal systems
  • Labelling, scanning, and handling files/boxes
  • Lifting and moving file boxes as part of the workflow
  • Meeting deadlines in a performance-driven environment

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Typing speed: 36+ words per minute (including numeric keypad)
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks (lifting boxes)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working towards targets
  • Good dexterity

Compliance Requirement

  • A basic DBS check is required (cost covered by Meridian Business Support)
  • Verifiable employment/education history
