Job Summary
Heatsense Eco Ltd is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre Sales Agent to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers—providing support, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a professional and friendly approach.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and assist customers promptly.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Record and maintain detailed customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery.
- Follow up on customer inquiries until resolution.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous call centre or customer service experience (preferred, not essential).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer use and software applications.
- Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
