Customer Service Advisor
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom
Salary: £28,914 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week, hybrid)
About the Role
We are looking to recruit several Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Oldham. You’ll work on a rotational shift pattern covering core hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm. This role offers hybrid working – three days in the office and two days remotely.
Previous housing or contact centre experience isn’t essential. What matters most is that you are resilient, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
You’ll need to be a strong communicator with the ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy while remaining professional and supportive.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Confidence in providing clear and accurate responses to enquiries (in writing, by phone, or face-to-face).
- Ability to update records during live calls while understanding customer needs.
Location & Start Date
- Based at our Customer Service Centre in Oldham.
- Hybrid working (office + home).
- Expected start date: Monday 27th October 2025.
Recruitment Process

- Interviews: Face-to-face in Oldham on Tuesday 23rd September 2025 and Wednesday 24th September 2025.
